So no matter what happens in my environment, I’ll never pay more than one Flat Fee per month?
There are examples of items not covered under the plan. The cost of replacement or new hardware and shipping costs, the cost of software licensing and renewals, upgrade fees, and the cost of any third party vendor or manufacturer support or incident fees. However, when the potential arises for fees outside of our Flat Fee, you will always be notified as soon as possible in advance for approval and budgetary concerns.
